End User Licence Agreement — QB Uploader

This agreement is between you and JJ Accounting Services Ltd (JJ Services Mauritius) for use of the QB Uploader tool.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use QB Uploader to connect QuickBooks Online companies you are authorised to administer, upload supplier invoices, create bills, and attach invoice files. The tool is for professional bookkeeping use by JJ Services and its authorised clients’ books.

Your responsibilities

• You must be an authorised QuickBooks Online admin for each company you connect.
• You must check supplier, amount, tax and account before posting live bills.
• You must keep your Intuit sign-in details secure.
• You remain responsible for the accuracy of books in QuickBooks.

Intuit / QuickBooks

QuickBooks Online is a product of Intuit Inc. QB Uploader is not an Intuit product. Intuit’s terms apply to your QuickBooks subscription. Authorising this app lets it create bills and attachments in companies you select.

No warranty

The tool is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every PDF will extract perfectly. Always review matched bills before posting.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Mauritian law, JJ Accounting Services Ltd is not liable for indirect loss, including loss arising from incorrect posting that you did not review, Intuit outages, or unauthorised access to your Intuit account.

Termination

You may stop using the tool and disconnect it in QuickBooks at any time. We may suspend access if it is misused.
